Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• A good command of Traditional Mandarin. (Speak, Read, Type) & Cantonese (Plus Point)
• Must be able to work 24-hour rotational shifts, 5 rotational days per week including weekends & PH (9 & \xc2\xbd hours/ shift & 1 & \xc2\xbd hour break) (Shift allowance is provided)
• Must be able to start work on 26th June 2023!
• Possess own transport and have no issue working at Petaling Jaya office.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers with a demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers\' needs.
• Provide customer support using Mandarin / English language via phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Follow up and resolve customer complaints and problems and ensure its close to satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Salary: RM3,000 - 3,400 Basic (Subject to past work experience and interview performance) + Up to RM300 Shift Allowance + Up to RM400 KPI Allowance + Min RM10/ hour OT Claim (if any)
