Minimum SPM qualification
Good command of English (reading, speaking, writing)
Proficient in Cantonese and Traditional Mandarin (reading, speaking, writing)
Willing to work 5 to 6 days per week
(Attendance bonus available for 6-day workweeks across 4 consecutive weeks)
Comfortable working on rotational shifts (24/7 schedule)
Must be able to work on-site in Nusajaya, Iskandar Puteri

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to incoming calls and live chat messages from customers
Provide support on food orders, cancellations, payment concerns, and app-related issues
Ensure excellent customer service by resolving issues quickly and professionally
Coordinate with delivery partners and restaurant teams to ensure smooth operations
Record customer interactions and feedback accurately for tracking and quality assurance
Follow company protocols when handling escalations or complex inquiries
Compensation & Benefits:
Basic salary: RM3,200 per month
Performance incentives: Up to RM400 based on KPIs
Full attendance bonus (for 6-day weeks): RM300
Night shift allowance: Up to RM300
EPF & SOCSO contributions
Annual leave: 12 days
Medical leave: 14 days
One-month paid training provided
