- Possess Diploma/ Degree holder in the related field.
- Minimum 1 years experience in quantity surveyor (interior design) or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal (Mandarin), with the ability to communicate issues to all levels of management.
- Good at dealing with all suppliers and contractors and strong team spirits.
- Good working attitude, self-motivated and critical thinking skills.
- Possess good Microsoft Office and AutoCAD skill.
- Preparing estimation costs based on the design layout and 3D visuals for each proposal or any tender proposals.
- Preparing design proposals with bills of quantity for all materials, labours and equipment as well as all related documents within the given timeframe.
- Arranging and handling all suppliers and subcontractors to visit the related site and accumulate all the proposals or quotations from third parties.
- Ensuring the materials\' lead time and delivery at site within the timeline given.
- To undertake any other duties & responsibilities as so instructed by Director.
- Purchasing and delivery arrangement for each project proposal awarded.
