Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies Accounting Professional Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good skill on MS Word and Excel are essential.
• Experience with SQL is an added advantage.

• Responsible for overall company Financial Accounting.
• Assist in preparing a full set of accounts and monthly financial reports.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve accounting matters.
• Monitor cash flow, Account Receivable and Account Payable.
• Collaborate with Auditors and tax agents pertaining to account and tax related matters.
• Assist to prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery order, invoices & other documentation should there be required.
• To assist in cost variance analysis, financial budgeting and forecasting as at when required.
• To assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required.
