Requirements

  • Possess a minimum Diploma/Degree education qualification in any field.
  • Required Language: Proficient in English and Native Mandarin communication (Spoken & Written)
  • Possess at least 1-year customer service experience in the call center/BPO/Fintech industry. However, open to fresh graduates who are interested in trade/fintech field.
  • Have no issue to work on 24/7 rotating shift, 5 rotational days per week.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with minimum supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and goal-oriented person.
  • Able to start work as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
  • Field inbound support lives chats, emails, and telegrams from users about our product offerings.
  • Liaise between departments to resolve problems.
  • Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes.
  • Research customer inquiries using the appropriate technology.
  • Use problem-solving, analytical, and intuitive skills to follow logic and offer good solutions.

  • Basic Salary capped at RM4,500 (subject to interview performance, education qualification and last salary)
  • Allowances: RM200 Full Attendance allowance, Shift allowance (RM250 for afternoon shift; RM450 for overnight shift)
