Job Description

• Min. 1-3 years of working experience in Marketing, Marketing Acquisition, Business development functions.
• Fresh graduate encouraged to apply. Undergo in house training programs, project assignments and hands-on practical trainings.
• Possess at least a recognized Diploma/Degree/Master in any business-related studies.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability of speaking Mandarin is added advantage.
• Self-driven, strong desire for success, ability to deliver results.
• Good excellent communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and online applications.

• Ability to identifying and sourcing out target merchants/brands of all business category (lifestyle brands/retail chains) in considering marketing partnership with all the reputable Banks/e-wallet/MNC platforms.
• Proposing & providing integrated marketing partnership solutions focusing in strategic promotional, partnership marketing strategies to merchants, attract and recruit the target merchants to become promotion partners.
• Able to communicate with the merchants and understanding their promotional expectations and requirements. Negotiate and close quality promotion deals that boost up brand awareness and and foster brand loyalty of a particular reward program/platform.
• Manage and achieve business target/KPI. Work closely with our Merchants partners in delivering the joint promotion/deals on time and meeting our client\'s marketing campaign guidelines and deadlines.
• Team leaders are expected to lead and manage the team members, responsible for the training team members in building their capabilities, ensure that team members achieve individual KPI and overall target within the projects requirement and deadlines.
