Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in E-Commerce field.
- Manage daily operation online store and marketplace (MY, SG, TH)
- Handle Customer Enquiry Email, Call, Chats & Complaint
- Handle Data Entry for the Online Store & Marketplace (MY, SG, TH)
- Handle ERP System & Online Store Back-end System for the ordering
- Liaise with store & warehouse on delivery arrangment for customer orders
- Handle Campaign/Event Posting Social Media Page & Youtube (MY, SG, TH)
- Handle All type of Google tools (MY, SG, TH)
- Know Vlookup Excel, Canva, Adobe Photoshop is the plus
- Report to the superior daily job task progress
