• Bachelor\'s degree, preferably healthcare related. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Strong responsibility and leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and quality improvement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven organisational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint applications.
• Able to travel to Kuchai Lama Office, working house (Mon-Fri) 9am - 6pm and alternate to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations and related activities.
• Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Providing support to medical and sales team.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate administrative systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial records related to administrative operations. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Process, organize and maintain necessary documentation, files, records.
