SPM or Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent with at least 5years relevant experience in the trading (plaster ceiling), construction, hardware or any related service industries.
Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Tanggungjawab

Greet, welcome and attend to customers at the store
Promote and recommend products according to customers needs
Develop and generate new business/customers
Work closely with management to ensure archived sales target
To check, monitor stocks and staff at branch
Maintain good relationship with new/existing customers, and advise them on company products, price movements, and other developments
Follow up on customers inquiry and after sales service
Supervise storeroom and logistic department
Ensure the smooth operation in Operation Team
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
