Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with brand guidelines. Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and other stakeholders. Interpret project requirements and collaborate on creative briefs. Digital And Print Design Design graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. Create print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and promotional materials. Tools And Software Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Stay updated on industry-standard design tools and trends. Feedback And Revisions Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs. Manage and implement revisions based on feedback in a timely manner. Deadline Management Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Deliver high-quality designs within established timelines. Photography And Image Editing Conduct basic photography when necessary for projects. Edit and enhance images to meet project requirements. Job Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects. Technical Skills Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite). Knowledge of print and digital design principles. Communication Skills Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively articulate and discuss design concepts.
