Job Description
Job Responsibility Boiler operation and maintenance. Execute recommendations to improve unit performance. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize operations units. Contribute to a team environment and establish work relationships with onsite and offsite functional groups to achieve results. Balance day-to-day operational priorities with long-term strategic objectives to ensure alignment with company goals. Coach less experienced engineers, providing required technical training. Job Requirements Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Able to work shift hours Experience under 2 years in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Job Benifits Annual Leave Bonus
