Bachelor Degree or professional qualification specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in Finance Accounting
Experience in filing GST in the past and SST. Knowledge on withholding tax
MS Office, SAP Accounting System, BI, Analysis for Microsoft Excel
Own transport

Responsibilities

Oversees the finance activities of overall accounting operations
Handle full sets of accounts & perform month-end and year end closing activities
Responsible for monthly intercompany reconciliation
Preparation of journal entries and prepare the monthly management report
Liaise with external auditors, tax agent and company secretary to meet the filling timeline
Year-end audit schedules and financial statement
Provide sales figure for incentive calculation to HR
In charge of the asset master data, asset physical counting and reconciliation
Responsible for the Concur administration and provide Concur system training for all the newcomers
Ensure Concur claim are processed following the cut off time
Liaise with Company Secretary
