Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering.
Minimum 15 years working experience of which 10 years in capacity of Construction Manager.
Experience in Buildings, Structures, Underground Structures, Roads and Drainage.
Knowledge of AutoCAD.
Ability to mentor junior level engineers and supervisors.
Ability to drive subcontractors.
Preferred candidate with tender exposure.

Tanggungjawab

Lead a team of engineers and supervisors for site implementation of the project
Provide and direct the proper sequencing of all works.
Plan and delegate out specific job tasks to each member of the team.
Plan the daily and weekly job task reconciling to the approved baseline program.
Manage and drive the progress and activities of the subcontractors
Coordinate and interface the works of different subtrades, Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical.
Resolve all site related issues.
Review all Method Statement to ensure acceptability and constructability.
Provide and formulate recovery procedures for delays.
Participate and contribute input to tender.
Plan the site setting up and logistics.
