Responsibilities

To understand customers\' needs and requirements with the aim to develop effective quality control plan and processes;
To relay the established quality standards, plan and processes to production team;
To define ways to improve the manufacturing process so as to ensure high quality products;
To set requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitor their compliance;
To supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback;
