Position : Senior Executive/ Executive, Digital Marketing

Job Summary:

Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and brand presence.

Basic Salary: RM4000 - RM5500

Working day: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop and oversee content creation, including blog posts, videos, and social media content.
• Manage and maintain the organization\'s social media pro\xef\xac\x81les, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement with the audience. (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.).
• Implement on-page and o\xef\xac\x80-page SEO strategies to improve the website\'s visibility on search engines and increase organic tra\xef\xac\x83c.
• Monitor and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
• Create and manage online ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure the e\xef\xac\x80ectiveness of campaign sand make data-driven decisions for optimization.
• Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms is an advantage.
• Utilize online editing tools like Canva and CapCut and others to design graphics, edit images and create visually appealing content for marketing materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt and evolve digital marketing strategies.
• Miscellaneous tasks to support the team will vary according to the sector and the superior\'s remit.
• Any other duties to be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in
• Mandarin Speaking
• Communications, Marketing and Business Management or related \xef\xac\x81eld
• Knowledgeable and experience in SEO, SEM, FB, IG, You Tube, Google, SMS & email marketing, various social media platforms, digital tools and website analytics.
• Good knowledge in social media post & content management, ability to create & edit attractive content (Canva, CapCut etc.)
• Passionate in creating new contents, initiate memes.
