- Suitable for applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (read, speak and type)
- Traditional Mandarin (Read, Type)
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5.5 working days (9.5 hours per shift including 1.5 hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor
- Able to join intake date: 11 Sept 2024
- Handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
- Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
- Handle customer\'s with professional manner to maintain customer\'s satisfaction
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Monthly Salary: RM 3000 basic + Up to RM 400 KPI Allowance + Up to RM 300 Shift Allowance
- 12 Days Annual leaves + 14 Days Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
- Career advancement (internal promotion)
