  • Suitable for applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (read, speak and type)
  • Traditional Mandarin (Read, Type)
  • Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5.5 working days (9.5 hours per shift including 1.5 hour break time)
  • Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor
  • Able to join intake date: 31 July 2024
Responsibilities
  • Handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
  • Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
  • Handle customer\'s with professional manner to maintain customer\'s satisfaction
  • Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
