Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales, recruitment, or network marketing preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type).

• Prospect and identify new Business Associates and Affiliates by utilizing various lead-generation techniques.
• Conduct phone and email outreach to potential candidates to introduce our company and business opportunities.
• Host regular online and in-person events to engage, train, and motivate Business Associates and Affiliates.
• Facilitate the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to Business Associates and Affiliates to ensure their success.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in their CRM systems.
