- Possess at least a qualification in SPM or above.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (read, speak and type) and Cantonese (speak)
- Traditional Mandarin (Read, Type)
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1.5 hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Cheras, Selangor
- Able to join intake date: 23 September 2024
- Handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
- Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
- Handle customer\'s with professional manner to maintain customer\'s satisfaction
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Salary package: Up to RM 3000 Basic + RM 500 Language Allowance up to RM 300 KPI Allowance + Night Shift allowance
- Working location accessible to public transport
- MNC Working Environment.
- 1 month of paid training Provided
