Requirements
- Minimum SPM holder
- Good in Mandarin (speak)
- Good in English (read, speak, type)
- Have IT background given priority
- Working Hour : 7am - 3am (rotational shift, 9 hrs per shift) , 5 days per week
- Handling all call and email pertaining to the customer technical inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks
- To exceed customer\'s expectation in term of technical support & accurate information.
- Monthly basic salary RM3,100 + up to RM500 KPI allowance + up to RM400 shift allowance + OT
- EPF + SOCSO + annual & medical leave
