B2C call type talking to customers of major e-Commerce / online retail platform in Japan
Call types: Availability of items, Refunds and returns, Logistics / delivery status
5 days Rotating shift - starts at 6am 12am. 2 days off
Key Qualifications
Willing to work from home with stable internet connection (at least 50MBPs)
Willing to relocate to Malaysia early January 2025 (to be confirmed with Service Delivery if required)
Language Requirement:
English proficiency not required as training will be in Japanese
Profile 1: For Native Speakers knowledge of Kanji script
Profile 2: JLPT N1 or N2 certification and knowledge in Kanji script for Non-Native Japanese Speakers, with 6 months work experience using Japanese language
Profile 3: JLPT N3 or N4 certification and knowledge in Kanji script for Non-Native Japanese speakers, with at least 6 years work experience in using Japanese language
For Retail LOB: Preferably with 6 months to 1 year customer service experience as it will require conversational and typing skills
