Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any fields.
• Must have minimum 1 year of working experience in related field or equivalent is required for this position.
• Knowledge of automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and car ownership will be an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin and English preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin and English-speaking clients.

Job Roles : \xc2\xb7 Keep abreast of market developments and trends to ensure our products and services are relevant and competitive.

• Ensuring management and execution of leads to meet sales volume KPI and develop high penetration rate in serviced areas.
• Execution of sales processes to ensure hassle-free services for business partners.
• To meet the Individual or Team KPIs set by the Management in line with company goals.
• To work with any changes of process flow and implementation of campaigns from the management.
• Servicing, and recruiting of new and existing Agents to explore new business opportunities.
• Perform analysis and provide feedback on used cars pricing request based on vehicle market value.
• Assist in car inspections upon request.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue.
• Work closely with various related departments in line with company processes and standards.
