Utilities Manager Your new company A well-established market leading organisation in the FMCG manufacturing sector based in Negeri Sembilan. Your new role Take responsibility for managing various utilities, including boiler, RO, chargeman (electrical), and waste water treatment plant, ensuring their smooth operation and minimising disruptions. Oversee the entire Utilities and ASRS system, including subsystems, to maintain uninterrupted business operations. Manage spares inventory, ensuring safety levels, accurate records, maintenance history, lifecycle assessment, and cost control. Perform engineering and maintenance tasks as directed by superiors, addressing any related activities. Drive operational excellence by managing department activities, ensuring compliance with certification standards, and achieving Utilities KPIs. What you\'ll need to succeed Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 5 years of working experience in a similar role or Diploma holder with 10 years of working experience in a similar role. Experience in a manufacturing environment handling all plant facilities which includes HVAC, Boilers, Chiller Plants, CDA, Steam Supply, High and Low Voltage Distribution.
