Job Description

Requirement : Degree in science or engineering related with 3-5 years working experience in this position.

The following job duties are general requirements and are not to be considered all-inclusive. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time, as needed.

Maintain plant equipment to ensure minimum down time. To plan and delegate daily work. Report unsatisfactory work to superior. To ensure availability of spare-parts, tools, chemical and refrigerant. To ensure completion of preventive maintenance schedule. In charge of system & investigation and trouble shoot system and equipment failure : Air compressor system.*
Steam boiler, spent ground and chimney flue gas.*
Freon refrigerant system.*
Natural gas / Diesel fuel system.*
Waste water treatment system (will be an advantage)*
Raw and process water system (will be an advantage)*
To prepare weekly and monthly report of job done by subordinates. Operate related tasks in SAP under his scope To ensure urgent jobs in the plant are completed on time. To provide emergency service as required by plant demand. To ensure all reconditioned equipment are recorded and stored in proper manner. To ensure workshop, plant and compound does not contain potential safety hazard. Enforcement of using personal protective equipment :- Support in safety audit item implementation.*
Review preventive maintenance schedule.

Will be an advantages if you have Certified Environmental Professional in the Operation of Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems (Physical Chemical Process)- CePIETSP-PCP.
