Reputable petrochemical company located at Kuantan, Pahang is looking for Utility Section Manager to ensure safe and smooth utility operation with optimum operation cost.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Managing utility section, trouble shoot and rectify operation problem
• Ensure smooth utility operation according to total quality, safety & Occupational and Environmental Management System
• Manpower management, including develop skills & attitude and monitor the performance of the personnels.
• Liaison with other section/ department related to utility section activities
• Prepare monthly report and attend departmental monthly meeting for safety, maintenance and supervisor meeting

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 7 years of working experience in manufacturing environment with minimum 3 years in Managerial roles, preferable from Polymer/ Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Oleochemical Plant and ISO Certified Manufacturing Company
• Experience in operating and managing Plant Utilities and Effluent Treatment Plant
• Knowledgeable in Fire Protection System & competencies in Environmental related field certified by EiMAS is preferred
• Involvement in Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS) and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is an added advantage
• Possess good leadership skills, critical thinking skills and problem solving skills
