Supervise daily operations of utilities including boilers, steam systems, cooling towers, air compressors, chillers, water treatment, and power supply. Ensure utilities operate within design parameters to meet refinery, biodiesel, and tank farm requirements. Oversee boiler operations in compliance with DOSH/JKKP regulations. Supervise boilerman and utility operators, ensuring proper shift coverage. Supervise raw water treatment, RO/softener systems, cooling water, and WWTP operations. Ensure treated effluent meets DOE discharge limits. Maintain proper chemical dosing, sludge handling, and system housekeeping. Prepare utilities data and reports for DOE inspections and audits.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in utilities operation, preferably in palm oil refining, biodiesel, chemical, or manufacturing plants. Strong knowledge of boiler systems, water treatment, and plant utilities. Boilerman / Chargeman / CePIETSO certification is an advantage. Familiar with regulatory requirements (DOSH, DOE, ST). Good leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
