Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis:

Conduct research, interviews, and usability studies to understand user behaviors and needs. Analyze feedback and iterate designs accordingly.

Design & Prototyping:

Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes. Design interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional, maintaining brand consistency.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to deliver innovative solutions. Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Usability Testing:

Perform testing to validate design decisions and ensure compliance with usability and accessibility standards.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design quality and user experience.

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Strong portfolio showcasing design process and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools such as

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

, or similar. Familiar with any associated user journey analytics too such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar. Solid understanding of

user-centered design principles

, information architecture, and usability best practices. Experience with

user research and usability testing

. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
