Job Responsibilities:

• Apply design thinking framework and UX processes to translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototype that leads to intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with team members and project stakeholders to facilitate product vision either by consulting, researching, sketching, prototyping and user-testing screens and flows for digital applications.
• Create wireframes, details visual mock-ups and prototypes to communicate design concept and detailed interaction behaviours optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Present user flows and design concepts to various business and IT stakeholders for approval, review and feedback.
• Ensure UI created are close to pixel perfection (auto-layout), work with developers to ensure that designs are developed closed to what was proposed in the UI.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 to 5 years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidate who have experience designing insurance/financial products in digital environments.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as XD, Miro, Invision, Zeplin, Figma and etc.
• Ability to communicate designs, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to understand detailed requirements and design user interfaces that meet the needs and vision.
• Experience and understanding of responsive and mobile app design.
• Understand basics of user-centred design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
