Key Responsibilities: o Lead and manage product design initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall product goals and strategies. o Be a compelling storyteller and an effective communicator, capable of delivering the final design and conducting discovery/design workshops for stakeholders, business users, and project teams. o Possess hands-on creative and systems thinking skills with a strong UX/UI design background. o Advocate for a user-centric design approach and foster a shared understanding of the connection between design, business, and engineering within the team, effectively articulating user problems and business opportunities. o Implement data insights to guide UX/UI design direction. o Identify elegant solutions to user problems, think critically from the user\'s perspective, prototype multiple design concepts, and select the best solution. o Stay current with design trends and research to enhance the user experience. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and address design-related issues while challenging requirements and providing solutions. o Oversee design deliverables and manage the design timeline to ensure timely project completion. o Take a proactive approach and contribute to enhancing and maintaining existing products by proposing improvements related to usability, performance, and consistency. o Ensure effective allocation of UX/UI design resources for projects. Key Proficiencies and Background: o Deep understanding and practical experience of user experience research methods and the application of digital design systems for user interfaces. o A portfolio showcasing successful product launches in the market. o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with team management experience. o Familiarity with planning and conducting design/discovery workshops. o Proficiency in comprehending technical challenges and the capability to align them with design solutions. o Knowledge of front-end development is a plus. Requirements: o Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Human-Centered Design, Digital Media Design, Creative Multimedia, or any related design field. o A minimum of 7+ years of experience in user experience and interaction design and management, with relevant experience in handling design systems o Proficient in Figma, Figjam & Miro.
