Role Overview
As a User Experience (UX) Manager, you will lead and guide a team of UX designers and researchers to create exceptional digital experiences. This role involves strategic thinking, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of user-centric design solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX designers and researchers.
• Develop and communicate a strategic vision for UX that aligns with overall business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in UX processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute UX projects.
• Oversee the planning and execution of user research activities to gather insights into user behaviors and preferences.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, UI designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Oversee the creation of interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing.
• Iteratively refine designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Manage budget considerations related to UX tools, software, and training.
• Identify skill gaps and provide opportunities for professional development within the UX team.

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• Proven experience in UX design, with a focus on insurance products and services.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX projects in the insurance sector.
• Knowledge of insurance industry regulations, processes, and customer expectations.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
