Responsibilities

• Assist our Executive Chef and assist during the Executive Chef\'s absence
• Monitor the kitchen\xe2\x80\x99s operation on kitchen motion such as wok and frying station and kitchen preparation station
• Propose, create and test new menus for V-Meals, V-Savor and others
• Involve in R&D for culinary art / seasoning / sauce
• In-charge of Kitchen Raw Material Management (inventory audit, stock and ingredients planning, material purchasing, etc.)
• Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including line cooking, food preparation and dish plating
• Ensure all food preparation is in accordance with hygiene guidelines & kitchen standards

Key Qualifications

• Background in Culinary Arts, F&B Services Management or equivalent experience
• Experience as a Chef or similar role
• Strong passion for the art of food design
• Good planning skills and strong ability in expenses tracking and budgeting
• Good time management skills with multitasking capability
