Job Description

Responsibilities:

To provide the Company with cost efficient service of its existing computer systems and to actively work to develop the full potential of the same. To co-ordinate in major hardware & software application implementation projects, including working with vendors and users. To provide support service to users of software applications by way of training, trouble-shooting; attend to user requests for additional functions, create new reports, software application changes and users operation guide documentation. To provide support service to users of computer hardware by way of training, trouble-shooting and coordinate in maintenance and repair services. Maintenance of company's software applications and actively working on improving the existing systems. Those with knowledge and experience in Pronto System will be an added advantage. Involve in enforcement and governance of IT hardware and software usage within the company adhering to the company policy. To manage data and information processed and generated by the company's software application system; from its correct processing period, period end closing, achieved and retrieval for reference. Monitoring and perform housekeeping of database for optimisation of performance of information system application.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Information

Technology or equivalent.

Must have a well-documented experience and expertise from software and software applications, as well as hardware and computer solutions. The successful candidate would have spent the last as well as hardware and computer solutions. The successful candidate would have spent the last 2 years or more experience from the field.

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Able to work as a team and willing to take challenges

Self-initiative to perform research on relevant software / application matter

Positive attitudes with passion for software development

Possess own transport & willing to work in Subang UEP.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
