4.1 Department KPI and Company KPI

4.1.1 Work with the departments to achieve the departmental KPI and company KPI

4.1.2 Prepare and present monthly KPI monitoring and status.

4.2 Incoming and In-process quality control

4.2.1 Monitoring process line complies with procedure, customer requirements

4.2.2 Monitoring product complies with customer requirements

4.2.3 Perform periodically process audit to check on the compliance

4.2.4 Review process failure report and monitor on the closure.

4.2.5 Identify and drive for process improvement

4.2.6 Analyzing product's quality performance from the inspection result

4.3 Customer quality management

4.3.1 Manage customers feedback and complaints

4.3.2 Coordinate and lead cross functional team for complaint discussion, investigation and ensure CAPA effectiveness follow up

4.3.3 Ensure containment properly carried out, to prevent outflow of problematic parts to customer

4.3.4 Prepare 8D report and liase with customer on the complaint follow up and actions.

4.4 New Product Validation

4.4.1 Work closely with New Project Team and co-ordinate with them from the development stage to mass production for new products.

4.4.2 Review customer specification and establish internal procedure based on customer specification and requirement.

4.4.3 Prepare product/process validation report

4.4.4 Perform risk assessment

5 Requirements

5.1 Minimum Degree in Science or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

5.2 Preferably with min 3 years working experience in QA/QC Dept in plastic injection moulding

5.3 Well verse for ISO documentation and experience in auditing skills.

5.4 Good understanding on part's drawing

5.5 Good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing system is an advantage.

5.6 Computer literate

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
