Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

To assist all visitors, doctors, and patients with a valet service in the hospital entrance area with proactive manner.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ACCOUNTABILITY

Be responsible for handling all visitor keys and ticket

To ensure safety while park customers vehicles at designated bays

To control traffic at hospital premises

To perform any other task at main lobby & entrance

Take direction and guidance from Service Support Dept/ Driver Supervisor.

Report for duty on time and at the designated place of duty as prescribed.

Perform duties efficiently, effectively and economically in line with best practice and/or as directed by Management in the provision of a quality service at all times and to be flexible in the performance of such duties.

Ensure all valet key & ticket are accurate.

Ensure all job requests undertaken are recorded.

Collaborate effectively with other healthcare workers in the hospital.

Maintain confidentiality of all matters pertaining to the Hospital, staff and patients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
