Job Description
VALUATION EXECUTIVE LAURELCAP is the brainchild of a team of dedicated real estate professionals with a combination of experience in Valuation & Consultancy, Project Marketing, Project & Property Management, REIT and Private Fund Management, Securitization. Responsibilities:
- Required to conduct valuations of properties for our clients.
- The job predominantly involves report writing, site inspection, conduct enquiries with the relevant government bodies/authorities, compilation of data as well as liaison with clients and other relevant parties.
- Candidates should possess at least a Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Valuation or Property Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided for candidates without experience.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and must be prepared to work in Penang Island.
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, Self-starter, confident and able to work on your own initiative.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and committed to meet deadlines.
- possess own transportation
- Required language(s): Malay, Chinese and English.
- 5 working days per week.
