Responsibilities

Ensure daily delivering orders to B2B/B2C customers in a timely manner within agreed SLA.
Picking up/Collection orders from customer store back to warehouse in daily basic.
Assist on any other delivery/pick up request from company & administrative needs.
Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks, arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route, maintaining an organized travel schedule.
Following delivery routes and time schedules that planned by delivery coordinator.
Interacting with clients in professional conduct.
Working at night and on weekends if needed.
Ensure all delivery status(successful/failure) updated in company delivery apps upon delivered to customer.
Taking care customer\'s goods/orders, ensure no damages/discrepancy during in-transit.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
Performs other general delivery area duties as needed.
