Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily sales activities within the assigned territory, ensuring company products are stocked, displayed, and promoted at customer locations. Regularly visit existing clients to build and maintain long-term business relationships. Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting products and driving sales growth. Collect market data, competitor insights, and consumer behavior trends during client visits and provide timely feedback to the Sales Manager. Assist in developing strategies based on market feedback and sales data to improve sales performance. Provide high-quality customer service, addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly. Ensure smooth communication with clients, timely product deliveries, and resolution of any unforeseen issues. Regularly check customer stock levels, ensuring sufficient inventory and timely replenishment. Assist clients with order management, ensuring accurate and timely order processing and delivery. Implement promotional activities effectively in line with company campaigns, ensuring proper execution at customer locations. Promote new products or special offers to customers to increase visibility and drive sales. Work closely with the sales team to achieve team sales goals. Provide regular sales updates and market information to the team and management, collaborating on strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM. 1-3 years of working experience in FMCG sales Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Possess a valid driving license. Willing to travel and conduct regular market visits.
