Job Description


Value Added Services are an essential part of our growing successful Travel Retail business worldwide, and include e.g., the language labeling, coding & sleeving. Over the last two years the request for Value Added Services has grown significantly. The DTP operator on a temporary basis will support the labeling management lead in a project which is related to new requirements in the growing Chinese market by creating the label artworks based on the provided input (artwork size standardization, preparation of a label artwork template, etc.) for TR products WW, with emphasis on China and work closely with and support the VAS team, Regulatory, Customer Service and the Vendors. Operations

  • Responsible for creating and editing labels based on the provided input
  • Adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts and/or formats
  • Create, maintain, and update the procedures and other protocols
  • Creation of the work instructions used in VAS Operations
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure that the standards and deadlines are respected
  • Ensure artwork is consistent, accurate and follows relevant VAS and Regulatory guidelines
  • Ensuring optimal workflows and processes and act as a link to Customer Service, Regulatory and VAS Operations
  • Set up, manage, and archive accurate artwork files and supply to different stakeholders
  • Creation of statistics and process descriptions
  • Supporting the label creation process
  • Contribution to LEAN-Initiatives
  • Execute daily tasks within the Value Added Services

Qualifications
  • Apprenticeship in Graphic Design or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Arts plus 1 year of experience in the graphic and printing sector
  • Knowledge of the graphic and printing requirements within an FMCG environment
  • Ability to communicate at every level of the company
  • Analytical skills and the ability to set the right priorities
  • Can work independently and delivers high quality in a fast-changing environment
  • Advanced Level of English and German/Mandarin is a plus
  • Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office\xe2\x80\x93suite (especially Adobe Illustrator, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SAP, Reporting Tools (Business Objects) and a Warehouse Management System is an advantage
  • Open to fresh graduates
