4. Qualifications & Experience

The candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

Experience:

At least 6 years

of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support and management. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi administration. Strong expertise in Microsoft servers and Active Directory Experience in Cloud infrastructure/operations In-depth knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication and disaster recovery solutions. Proficiency in networking technologies Hands-on experience in managing Windows/Linux servers and enterprise storage systems. Experience with Linux, Active Directory, Email system, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and security hardening. Certifications (Preferred): VMware Certified Professional (VCP) Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certification Microsoft Certified: Windows Server/Cloud Platform Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with IT teams effectively.

5. Performance Expectations

Availability: On-site presence during standard business hours with on-call support as needed. Response Time: Immediate response to critical incidents and proactive issue resolution. SLA Compliance: Ensure adherence to agreed service levels for uptime and incident resolution. Reporting & Communication: Provide timely updates and reports to IT management. Flexibility: Must be available to work outside office hours on a need basis for urgent support, projects, and deployments.

6. Working Hours

Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. After-Hours Support: Available on-call for critical incidents and scheduled maintenance. Weekend & Holiday Support: As required, based on business needs and prior agreement.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
