Job Description

The Veeva Developer role in the PXP Healthcare Hub will be the primary backend developer for the team responsible for veeva.com and other Marketing-supported websites for our Pharma clients. This developer will be an expert PHP and WordPress developer. This developer will be a part of a team that includes front-end developers and will build functional features and integrations and will have responsibility for site architecture and performance. Expectations of a Veeva Developer Responsible for front and back-end web development. Design overall architecture of the web application/ web site. Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications. Maintain code integrity and organization. Work with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements. Understanding and implementation of security and data protection. Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications. Qualifications Min 5years of experience developing Veeva/WordPress websites (in software development or computer programming) Expert PHP skills Experience developing large-scale WordPress websites Experience developing site architectures using best practices for scalability and maintainability Experience building localized websites Naturally well organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines Experience in Healthcare sector is preferred Advantageous Front-end development experience with Veeva and Healthcare/ Pharma digital requirements SEO knowledge UX/UI knowledge Comfortable working with MySQL, importing and exporting data, and optimizing database queries Experience with various caching systems and content-delivery networks is a plus Additional Information At PXP, our most valuable resource is our people - with a diversity of backgrounds, ideas, skills, and life experiences.
