Culinary & Pastry internship provides hands-on experience to aspiring chefs.
In Vegelab, you will have the opportunity to learn Front Service and Back of House (kitchen) operations
of the café.
Responsibilities:
Help in the preparation of dishes.
Help in the preparation of desserts and pastries.
Clean and prepare all basic food items.
Handle, store, label, and rotate all products properly and in accordance with instructions and food
handling regulations.
Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy.
Promptly report food quality or shortage problems to the Operation Manager.
Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation regulations.
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Operation Manager.
Inform customers about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
Communicate to the customers and provide assistance with their queries.
Deliver good customer service to all customers.
Complete other duties as assigned by the Operation Manager.
