Job Description
What you'll be doing
Manage the planning, planting, and harvesting of a variety of seasonal vegetables Maintain optimal soil health and irrigation systems to maximise crop yields Implement and oversee pest control and disease management strategies Monitor and report on key garden metrics to drive continuous improvement Supervise and train a team of garden workers to execute daily tasks Collaborate with the wider operations team to integrate the vegetable garden into our overall sustainability initiatives
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in vegetable gardening or commercial farming Strong understanding of organic and sustainable growing practices Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to lead and motivate a team of garden workers Familiarity with relevant agricultural regulations and certifications Passion for environmental sustainability and food security
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
Expected Start Date: 11/13/2025
