Dear Fresh Graduates, Apply Today! We are immediately hiring fresh graduates to be our Velesto Trainee (Prot g ), Administrator for Velesto Drilling Academy under Corporate Services Division joining us as early in March 2024. Job responsibility:- Manages the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the Vice-President of Corporate Services division by setting and monitoring the schedule, organizing the incoming flow of work, prioritizing requests, maintaining a monitoring system and following-up to ensure timely responses; preparing for meetings and arranging teleconferences assisting all Division activities. Directing internal / external calls, emails, faxes where appropriate. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. To provide secretarial duties to Vice President of Corporate Services (CS) i.e. scheduling meetings, appointments, events, travel arrangements, preparation of claims and other related document management. To provide administrative support to VP of CS that includes but is not limited to typing and/or formatting assignments, reports, presentations and other documents. Distribution of internal email/memo, compilation of handouts for meetings, writing of minutes of meeting, etc. Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases. Liaising and coordinating with internal departments and communicating with external stakeholders when necessary. Attend to all incoming/outgoing mail for CS Division. Manage CS budget expenses matters, provide support to all CS Division events/projects. To raise PR PO and liaise with vendor when necessary. To perform any other related tasks in relation to the VP CS, and to support CS Division as instructed from time to time. Minimum requirements:- Undergraduate student with relevant Bachelor\'s Degree in Secretarial, Business Management, Office Management, Business Administration or equivalent Proficient in English and Malay language Fresh graduate with minimum of 5 months working experience as Administrative Secretary for senior management will be given preference. Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters. Exceptional filing, record keeping, and organizational skills. Proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases. Can work at our main office in Plaza Sentral, KL (opposite to KL Sentral) or Miri, Sarawak Office.
