Role summary
This position is a part of Accounts Receivable, and is responsible for customer portal administration, including obtaining access and invoice submission, as well as monitoring the status and reporting. Also responsible for handling vendor invoicing related queries, received via email and/or phone calls. The role acts as a primary contact for internal clients but at times requires direct interaction with external customers.
The Impact: This role will involve a high level of interaction with both internal and external customers and co-ordination with the right stakeholders to ensure prompt and accurate resolution for the requesters. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, accountability and the attitude to ensure client satisfaction.
