You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.This role will co-ordinate the procurement, deployment and administration of endpoint devices and contract services.To be successful in this role you will be:Verify needs, authorizations and initiate the procurement processCreate purchase requisitionsSupport of endpoint devices and software purchase contracts and communication with resellers and vendorsObtain and review competitive bids, quotes, and proposals from vendors and contractorsDiscuss evaluations and review with requesters and subject matter expertsProvide pricing quotes for items and preparing orders with suppliersEstablish and maintain vendor relationships per state procurement rulesTracking contract renewal dates and initiating renewal processesCoordinate with selected vendors on supply and delivery of purchased itemsIdentifying and managing computing contracts consolidation opportunitiesKey requirementsExperience working within a Shared Services setup will be advantageousExperience with service administration portals to monitor deployments and warrantiesExperience with SAP Finance modules is preferredStrong communicator, able to manage different geography and stakeholdersKnowledge of procurement principles, and differences in conditions for different countriesDeep knowledge in dealing with global vendors and resellersUnderstanding of IT asset management principles and practicesExperience in auditing from vendorsExcellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPointOutroOur ambitions will bring the very best out in you.
