Job Description

The Vendor Master scope involves centralizing and standardizing the global vendor master registration process across all entities. It is responsible for managing vendor master data within the system, ensuring strict adherence to data governance, accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in line with requirements, group guidelines, and agreed-upon KPIs.

• Analyze current vendor master data settings and recommend improvements to enhance data governance, accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency, ensuring alignment with requirements, group guidelines, and KPIs.
• Register vendor master codes in Coupa/SAP system, maintaining strict data governance to prevent payment incidents such as fraud, phishing, or Business Email Compromise (BEC).
• Ensure the quality and integrity of vendor master data within Coupa/SAP.
• Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders, including global headquarters, local management, and various lines of business.
• Manage special projects as assigned, such as master data cleansing.

• A Bachelor\'s Degree in accounting is required.
• Advanced experience with Coupa/SAP, particularly in the accounts payable module, is preferred.
• Must demonstrate a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Strong team collaboration and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and databases is required.
• Willingness to work the US shift from 2 PM to 11 PM.
