Position: Vendor Master Data

Company Industry: Oil & Gas
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730)

Working Location: Tower 5, Avenue 7, The Horizon, Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
Working Duration: 9 months tenure with PERSOLKELLY
Remuneration: Salary RM5,000 to RM8,500 (based on qualification & education), statutory contribution & leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or finalist pursuing a professional accounting qualification.

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Vendor & Customer master data management process, control and process improvement.
• Candidate must have experience in Vendor & Customer master data process.
• Experience in JDE & Salesforce or other SAP ERP is added advantage.
• Experience working cross-culturally and in an international environment.
• Ability to communicate and influence across different levels in the organisation.
• Engaging and collaborative way of working.
• Resilient and experienced in working in multi-faceted environment.
• Shared service centre experience.
• Candidate with procurement background will be good.
• Working arrangement will be 100% onsite until manager is comfortable for flexible arrangement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of addition, change and de-activation of vendor and / or customer master data records in accordance with SLAs.
• Ensure data input is consistent with the data standards and meets the required levels of completeness.
• Run Data performance reports for the key quality measures of completeness, consistency, uniqueness, and accuracy.
• Identify and implement process and solution requirements for the master data management process.
• Regularly track and resolve outstanding master data management issues. Based on agreed trigger points, further escalate to higher levels of authority for solution or direction and feedback.
• Identify and contribute to the improvement of defective trends or areas of process performance weakness in the end-to-end process.
• Contribute towards the data enrichment process for the Data sub-tower on a continuous improvement cycle.
