We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Vendor Master Data Maintenance Specialist Reporting to the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Manager this full-time and permanent position is based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Regional Finance and its\' growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate as part of Malaysia GSC Finance
• Responsible for vendor master data related matters for countries and entities in Vistra. The position will start with entities operate on SAP Hana.
• Review the vendor master data maintenance form and its related support documents for data completeness and accuracy check
• Create, update changes, perform due review and ensure de-activation of vendor master data in SAP system in accordance to SOP.
• Accountable for the data integrity of vendor master data updated in SAP system
• Own and manage all incoming mails sent to vendor master generic mailbox and review, resolve and follow-up on emails
• Act as subject-matter expert to liaise with SAP Support team to fix any master data issues/gaps
• Work closely with internal business partners by providing professional advice and guidance on Vendor Master Data process
• Provide data and root cause analysis to support continuous process improvement
• Assist with external and internal audit inquiries and ensure control compliance as necessary.
• Ensure all work documentation and work processes are updated.
• Ensure meeting deliverables as stated in Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Key requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experiences in P2P-vendor master data maintenance and with SAP knowledge
• Team player with good people and communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables within timelines
• Result-oriented and detail-minded person
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, committed, good interpersonal skills, with a strong desire for growth and career progression
• Analytical, meticulous, and systematic in approach to work
• Manage to take up challenges and work with uncertainties
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
