Vendor Sourcing Specialist

We're expanding our team! Join us as a Vendor Sourcing Specialist and play a key role in building and maintaining our network of trusted service vendors across the U.S. You'll be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing vendors to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery nationwide.

What You'll Do:

Source and qualify new vendors to meet service coverage needs Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve win-win outcomes Ensure vendor compliance with insurance and documentation requirements Maintain accurate vendor data and track performance metrics Collaborate with internal teams to resolve vendor or service issues Support ongoing improvements in vendor quality and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

Excellent English communication and negotiation skills Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data tracking 1-2 year(s) experience in vendor sourcing, procurement, or supplier management preferred

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
