Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience as a waiter, captain, or any customer service role is preferred.
• Customer Service Skills: Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering great service.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication abilities for smooth interactions with guests and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy in order-taking and serving.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing, walking, and carrying trays or items throughout the shift.
• Availability: Willing to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet & Seat Guests: Warmly welcome guests, guide them to their tables, and present menus.
• Take Orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders, including any special requests, and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve Food & Drinks: Deliver orders promptly while ensuring accuracy, proper presentation, and excellent service standards.
• Guest Check-ins: Regularly check on guests to ensure they are satisfied and assist with any requests.
• Floor Support: Clear tables, reset table settings, and respond to guest needs during service.
• Coordinate with Kitchen & Bar: Ensure smooth and timely communication for accurate delivery of orders.
• Assist with Stocking: Replenish service items such as napkins, utensils, condiments, and other essentials.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep dining areas, tables, chairs, and service stations clean and organized.
• Process Payments: Handle cash, card payments, and other methods following Carousel & Co.'s payment procedures.
• Provide Menu Information: Answer guest questions regarding ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
• Game Machine Assistance: Help guests operate and navigate game machines to ensure a seamless experience.
